Set up and breakdown of all personal items to ensure venue is set up to par with your vision and replaced to venue standard upon departure. Return of all items to correct vehicle. Oversee all day of installations.
Unlimited day of on-site management
Development and tracking of budget. Tracking of all deposits and due dates of final payments.
Onsite 1 hour coordination of rehearsal
Assistance in selection of food options, beverages, music, photo style, floral design, lighting, drapery, custom rentals, decor choices, and personal items.
Processional and recessional line up
Contacting key parties through planning process with reminders and updates of important information
Assistance in purchasing of permits, liability policies, and insurances as needed
Accommodation suggestions for couple and guests. Suggestions of surrounding hotels and AirBnBs.
